(1) ALEF Fund, Inc. has ceased operations as a SSO as of 6/30/23 and did not submit an audit report; therefore, it has been delisted as an SSO for 2024, and
(2) Kipp Metro Opportunity Fund has not submitted the audit report and the calendar year report within 90 days of receiving notice of the failure to report from the Department of Revenue and has been delisted as an SSO for 2024.
