Wholesaler License Fee

  • Wholesaler Wine - $500
  • Wholesaler Malt Beverage - $500
  • Wholesaler Distilled Spirits - $1,000
  • Standard Tax Bond Form - First Time Bond Submission or Bond Renewal:
    • Malt Beverage Bond Performance & Tax Liability Bond
    • Winery Manufacturer Broker Importer Bond
    • Liquor Broker Bond
  • Form ATT-17 - Georgia Alcohol & Tobacco Personnel Statement (requires notarization)
  • Citizenship Affidavit along with secure and verifiable documents, i.e. government issued photo ID (requires notarization)
  • Financial Affidavit (requires notarization)
  • Scanned copy of Federal Basic Permit
  • Scanned copy of Local License
  • Scanned copy of the Warehouse Lease/Deed
  • Scanned copy of current annual registration from the GA Secretary of State's Office
  • Scanned copy of the Warehouse Lease/Deed
  • Power of Attorney (if applicable)

License Description

Wholesaler/Distributor -  A Wholesale/Distributor is any person who sells alcoholic beverages to other licensed wholesalers, importers, retailers, or to retail consumption dealers.
