The Department of Revenue’s (DOR) Motor Vehicle Division (MVD) now provides online scheduling for appointments for limited walk-in services offered in the lobby at the Southmeadow Office. With the success of the limited provided services, the MVD has decided to expand the online scheduling service.

The following services are now available for online scheduling:

Title Services

Unclaimed Titles, *Individual Titles (Note: title transfers are not done at this location, they can be processed at your County Tag Office), Research Titles –Title Histories, *Title Corrections, Child Support Hold Releases.

Dealer Services

New Dealer Registrations, Renewal Registrations, Add/Delete Agent, Replace/Add Tags, Address Changes, Buy/Pay Here, Temporary Site Permits.

Misc. Services

*Insurance Lapse or *Suspension Payments, *Issue/Replace Disabled Persons Placards, Unclaimed License Plates.

“The Department of Revenue’s Motor Vehicle Division is always looking for ways to enhance customer service and give taxpayers options that make their business with us run as smoothly and efficiently as possible,” said Motor Vehicle Director, Georgia Steele, “With the new online scheduling tool, taxpayers may now schedule a time that is convenient for them.”

Taxpayers doing business with MVD will not have to wait in a queue; they will be able to choose a time that is convenient for them. When taxpayers schedule their appointment they will be reminded which documents to bring. When the taxpayer arrives for their scheduled appointment, the DOR representative will be familiar with their request and will be ready to work with the customer to complete their business as efficiently as possible.
