Under the authority contained in O.C.G.A. § 48-2-55, the Georgia Department of Revenue has levied upon personal property belonging to the defendant(s) in fi. fa. named below for failure to pay state taxes and plans to sell the property or a sufficient portion thereof to satisfy certain state tax execution(s) issued against the defendant(s).
