Georgia Department of Revenue agents arrested Julian Naylor, husband of Linda Naylor in Dalton, Georgia on Wednesday March 18, 2015.

“In the process of our investigation and speaking with relevant parties, we learned that Julian Naylor was threatening relatives and business neighbors of his wife Linda Naylor,” said Chief Josh Waites, Office of Special Investigations.

Mr. Naylor was booked into the Whitfield County jail on charges of influencing a witness.

Linda Naylor while operating Temporary Resource Personnel LLC. from 2009 to 2014, and TRP Partners LLC , has failed to remit $291,969.08 in Georgia withholding taxes to the state. With accrued penalties and interest the total amount of withholding owed to the state is $373,351.85.

Linda Naylor is still currently at large and is wanted.
