Muscogee grand jurors Wednesday delivered a 58-count indictment against Ken Wilford Degourville Jr. and his wife Lakeisha Nichole Degourville.

The couple ran Macon Road Tax Time and falsified tax returns of their customers. Ken Wilford faces one count of tax evasion and theft, two counts of identification fraud, and 17 counts of filing false documents and computer forgery. His wife Lakeisha faces one count of theft and evading state income taxes, and nine counts of filing false documents and computer forgery.


“We are pleased with the indictments and look forward to a swift and complete resolution of this case,” said Staci Guest, Director of the Office of Special Investigations.
