Film Tax Credit Certified Eligible Auditor List

General Information

• This list includes third party audit firms that production companies may request to conduct mandatory film tax credit audits.  Production companies may alternatively request the Georgia Department of Revenue (Department) to conduct the complete audit.  The production company requests an audit by completing the Mandatory Film Tax Credit Audit Application. In both cases, the Department will complete the final review and issue the Final Certification letter. 
• Eligible auditors are added to this list once they have completed the required training and have been certified by the Department. 
• Third party audit firms interested in becoming certified eligible auditors will find a list of qualifications and the application in the Film Tax Credit 3rd Party Eligible Auditor Application.
