Release of Insurance Information
Authorized parties that can obtain insurance information for Salvage Titles are:
- Owner of the vehicle
- Law enforcement officer
- Person authorized to receive the Insurer’s name and the insurance status, under the power of a subpoena approved by the Department’s Legal Services and Tax Policy Division.
