How to Report Certificate Donations
- Log in to your GTC account.
- Open the Donation Reporting Application.
- Select More, then Report Certificate Donations.
- Select the Credit Program.
- Select the applicable Credit Type.
- Enter the applicable Calendar Year (2026 or later).
- Choose a Reporting Method. Select one of the following options:
- Select Import Data to upload donation information using the reporting template, or select Enter Donation Information to enter donations manually.
- Select Next to view and report donations from your list of certificates in GTC.
- Select the Edit icon next to the applicable Certificate ID.
- Enter the actual donation amount received or select the $0 Donation checkbox, if applicable.
- Select Next.
- Upload Required Documentation and Submit.
- Attach the required IT-FUND1 document and select Next.
- Select Submit to complete the donation report.
- Repeat the process until all certificate donations have been reported.
