Notice of Return Changes (Letter)
This letter is informing you that the Department of Revenue (DOR) made changes to your tax return because our return calculations are different from the calculations on the return you submitted.
About Your Letter
- Review the information on the back of the letter
- If you disagree with the tax amount calculated by DOR, please file a protest or appeal. You can file an appeal:
- Online through the Georgia Tax Center (GTC) within 30 days from the issue date on the letter, or
- Submit a protest by mail by completing TSD-1 Protest of Proposed Assessment or Refund Denial
