Notice of Securities Liquidation

Notice

Pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 44-12-217, the State Revenue Commissioner gives notice that they will release for sale abandoned securities currently being held by the Georgia Department of Revenue. Securities listed on an established stock exchange will be sold at prices prevailing at the time of the sale on the stock exchange. Other securities will be sold over the counter at prices prevailing at the time of sale or by any other method the State Revenue Commissioner considers reasonable. Any party wishing to determine whether they have an ownership interest in such securities should search the Department's unclaimed property database.
