IRP Equipment Lease Agreement Requirements

When a vehicle is registered with the International Registration Plan (IRP) and is not titled in the IRP applicant’s name, a notarized equipment lease is required.

Equipment Lease must contain the following:

• First page must include the IRP Applicant’s name and the name on the GA Title or GA Title Record (T-91) of the vehicle(s)
• Vehicle information page must include Vehicle Information Number (VIN), make, and model of vehicle(s)
• Signature page must include both the IRP applicant and Title Holder’s signature and a notary seal
