How to Report Certificate Donations

  1. Log in to your GTC account.
  2. Open the Donation Reporting Application.
    1. Select More, then Report Certificate Donations.
  3. Select the Credit Program.
    1. Select the applicable Credit Type.
    2. Enter the applicable Calendar Year (2026 or later).
  4. Choose a Reporting Method. Select one of the following options:
    1. Select Import Data to upload donation information using the reporting template, or select Enter Donation Information to enter donations manually.
    2. Select Next to view and report donations from your list of certificates in GTC.
      1. Select the Edit icon next to the applicable Certificate ID.
      2. Enter the actual donation amount received or select the $0 Donation checkbox, if applicable.
      3. Select Next.
  5. Upload Required Documentation and Submit.
    1. Attach the required IT-FUND1 document and select Next.
    2. Select Submit to complete the donation report.
  6. Repeat the process until all certificate donations have been reported.
