How to File an ATT-165 Alcohol Form on GTC

On this page find instructions for filing the Wholesalers Distilled Spirits and Alcohol Report of Inventory (ATT-165) on the Georgia Tax Center (GTC) 

Note: Return due twice a year, period 01/31 due by February 15th and period 07/31 due by August 15th 

Filing a Wholesalers Distilled Spirits and Alcohol Report of Inventory

1. Go to the GTC website and log into your account.
2. Under the Accounts tab, click the applicable Alcohol License hyperlink.
3. Under the I Want To section, click the Add Wholesaler Report Of Spirits Inventory hyperlink.
4. Select the applicable period the ATT-165 form is for from the drop-down list.
   1. Enter your current inventory into the table.
   2. Click the Submit button.
5. Click the Yes button to confirm you want to submit the request.
6. A confirmation page will be displayed. Write down your confirmation number or print the confirmation for your records.
