Our Customer Service Representatives are often the first point of contact for our citizens and other stakeholders when it comes to resolving their important questions or needs related to filing/processing tax returns (and refunds), obtaining refund payments, locating & applying payments, understanding assessments, and processing title & vehicle registrations.
In this way, they play a huge role in supporting our citizens and business entities across all 159 Georgia counties. Customer Service Representatives provide service to our community via a range of support options such as by phone, email or in person.
While our contact centers are located in metro Atlanta (Century Center and Southmeadow), we do offer hybrid work schedules. Our entry-level positions typically require a high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least 6 months of customer service experience.
We provide training and skill development opportunities so you can feel comfortable providing great service to our community in a fast-paced environment, which puts you on track for advancement opportunities, both within our contact centers, as well as across the agency.
