The Qualified Foster Child Donation Credit Cap for Calendar Year 2026 is $30,000,000.

For preapprovals processed through the date of this report for Calendar Year 2026, $1,397,986.00 of the 2026 Qualified Foster Child Donation Credit cap of $30 million has been used. There is $28,602,014.00 remaining in the cap.

In accordance with O.C.G.A. § 48-7-29.24, the Foster Child Support Organizations listed below have been certified by the Division of Family and Children Services to be eligible for the Qualified Foster Child Donation Credit Program for Calendar Year 2026 based on current information.
