1% City Of Atlanta Municipal Option Sales Tax

A 1% City of Atlanta Municipal Option Sales Tax (MOST) is imposed inside the City of Atlanta limits. MOST generally applies to all retail sales of tangible personal property delivered to customers within the city limits of Atlanta and retail sales of taxable services performed within the city limits of Atlanta. MOST does not apply to motor vehicles, even if a motor vehicle is otherwise subject to sales tax.
