Will my payment plan cover future taxes due?
No. You must file and pay all future tax obligations timely for your plan to remain active and prevent default.

I have new taxes due. Can I add new debt to my plan?
No, if you also hold a license to sell alcohol or tobacco.

This letter is to inform you that your payment plan requires attention (e.g. missed a payment, new debt incurred, etc.)
Your Letter Explained
- You must make the payment by the due date in the letter or your payment plan will be cancelled
- To keep your payment plan active, you must make the full payment on time, each month and remain compliant with all other Georgia tax obligations.
