 On this page, find guidelines to help you complete the State of Georgia Retail Package License application online using the Georgia Tax Center.

When your online submission is processed, you will receive a notification containing specific account information.

Required Forms & Documents

Retail License Fee

  • Retail Dealer/Package Store - $200
  • Retail Malt Beverage - $50
  • Retail Wine - $50
  • Citizenship Verification - Alcohol, Tobacco, and Motor Fuel Affidavit for Citizenship Verification
  • Form ATT-17 - Georgia Alcohol & Tobacco Personnel Statement (requires notarization) 
  • Financial Affidavit
  • RD-1061 - Power of Attorney and Declaration of Representative (if applicable)
  • Liquor Bond ($2,500.00)
  • Scanned copy of Certificate of Resident 
  • Scanned copy of Publication notice 
  • Scanned copy of Surveyors Certificate (not required for existing licensed location)
  • Scanned copy of Itemized Alcohol Inventory Listing (only required if purchasing alcohol inventory from previous business)

License Description

Retail Package - A Retail Package Liquor Store is any business establishment that sells alcoholic beverages, malt beverages, wine and distilled spirits, either in unbroken packages only at retail, to consumers and not for resale.
