Register as a Third Party Filer - Quick Instructions

Register as a Third Party Filer with a GTC Login

  1. Go to GTC and login to your account
  2. Click on See more links...
  3. Click on Register as a Third Party Filer
  4. Click the check box to confirm that you are a third party filer then click Next
  5. Review the Summary then click Submit
  6. Type in your Password to confirm you want to submit this request then click Yes
  7. Print this page or write down the confirmation number then click OK

Register as a Third Party Filer without a GTC Login

  1. Go to the GTC
  2. Under registration section, click on Register as a Third Party Filer
  3. Complete the form eligibility then click Next
  4. Complete the registration form then click Next
  5. Enter your address. Click Verify Your Address button to confirm your correct address
  6. Click Select next to your choice
  7. Fill out additional fields if needed for a Business address   Click Next
  8. Provide the login information for your account, then click Next
  9. Complete the authentication step to choose how you would like to receive an authentication code when logging into your account
  10. Select if you would like to sign up for e-correspondence.  Click Next
  11. Review the summary page, then click Submit. To make a change, click the previous button
  12. Confirm that you want to submit this form by clicking Yes
  13. Print your confirmation number then click OK
