- Yes, pay the balances due, if not currently under protest or appeal AND not currently enrolled in an active and current payment plan
- Request a payment plan if needed via the Georgia Tax Center
- No payment needed if your balances are enrolled in an active and current payment plan, OR the balances are under a pending protest/appeal

This letter is informing you that you have an outstanding balance of tax, penalty, and/or interest with the Georgia Department of Revenue (DOR).
Your Letter Explained
- The letter will tell you what and how much is owed
- Visit the Georgia Tax Center (GTC) to pay the full amount or request a payment plan
- If you’re in bankruptcy and DOR hasn’t been notified, fill out the back of the letter with your case details and send it to the address provided in bankruptcy section (NOT the address at the top of the letter)
- Do nothing if your outstanding balances are currently being paid via a payment plan
