The person who setup the account and/or established the login information no longer works here, how do I gain access to our account?
If you do not know or have access to the email address used for your GTC communications, you should call 1-877-423-6711 to speak with a Call Center Representative to verify your identity and re-establish access to the account.

What are the rules for creating a GTC password?
GTC passwords must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of 8 characters
- Contain letters, numbers, and a special character
- Contain both uppercase and lowercase letters
- Passwords cannot be reused
SECURITY: Do NOT use your GTC ID, any portion of your Social Security Number, or your Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN) as your password.

Are there any secret questions I can use if I have forgotten my password?
Security questions are used to reset and change your password. When you set up your user ID, you will be asked to select your security question.
You can change your security question or your answer at any time on the “My Profile” screen.

What if I forgot the answer to my security question?
If you do not know the answer to your security questions, you should call 1-877-423-6711 to speak with a Call Center Representative to verify your identity and re-establish access to the account.
Note: The security questions on a file may be deleted only as per the caller's request to be set up again by the user.
Call Center Agents do not select security questions. The caller will be provided with a temporary password.
