Since 2002, Kesha has held financial positions among three state agencies, Georgia Department of Corrections, the Department of Community Health and the Department of Revenue. As Chief Financial Officer, she assumes responsibility for financial planning, analyzing the company's financial strengths and weaknesses, and formulating strategic directions.

Kesha earned a Governmental Accounting Certification from University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Mercer University.
