Update to Payment Processing Procedures
Effective immediately, payments submitted using personal banking information (checking or savings accounts) may be subject to a hold of up to three business days for bank verification. This hold will only apply to your first payment from that specific account and will not apply to any subsequent payments. This will not impact the effective date or posting date of your payment.
for example, if you make a payment on September 15 using a new bank account, our system may hold the payment for up to three business days (September 18). However, the processed payment would still be considered paid on September 15.
