Claims Examiner – Local Government Services

As a Claims Examiner in the Local Government Services Division, you’ll process and resolve unclaimed property claims and support communities through phone and email with care and precision.

• Based in South Metro Atlanta with hybrid work options available
• Entry-level requires a high school diploma/GED + 1 year of related experience (claims, customer service, finance, etc.)
• Contact center experience is preferred
• Offers training, with clear paths for advancement across the agency
• Starting salary: $40,560
