Alcohol & Tobacco Hearings Notice

If you have received an alcohol or tobacco citation in connection with your license, you have a scheduled hearing date.  At the present time, all scheduled hearings will go forward.

Please be aware that if you do not wish to challenge or contest the citation, you are encouraged to complete and file a PLEA OF NO CONTEST FORM.  By filing the No Contest Form prior to the scheduled hearing date, you are excused from appearing at the hearing (i.e., you DO NOT need to attend the hearing).  To file a No Contest Form, or to request a form, please contact us by email at [email protected] or fax at (770) 408-5779.

If you intend to challenge the citation you received (i.e., enter a Plea of Not Guilty), you should plan to attend the scheduled hearing at the time and place noted on the citation.  If you have a medical concern or illness which would prevent your appearance at the hearing, please contact us by email at [email protected] to request a continuance.  Continuance requests received prior to the scheduled hearing date will be granted, and the hearing will be rescheduled to a later date.
