Renew Alcohol Surety Bond

Before You Begin

All required documentation must be scanned and saved as individual PDF files. You will upload them to the Georgia Tax Center during the application process.

Required Documents

• Surety Bond and Power of Attorney from the Insurance Company

Submit Renewal of Surety Bonds

1. Login to Georgia Tax Center
2. Click on the alcohol license number (Account ID)
3. Click on "Submit Bond" under "I Want To"
4. Complete the required fields
5. Attach PDF copy of the Bond and Power of Attorney from the Insurance Company
6. Click Submit
7. You will receive a confirmation number for every submission
