Did Not Receive My Authentication Code Text or Email

I have not received my authentication code text/email

  • Be aware that authentication code emails may take up to 15 minutes to arrive
  • Check your junk or spam folders
  • Request to receive an authentication code via both text and email

I received my authentication code, but it is not working

  • AT&T customers: the authentication code may have too many digits, try deleting the last number of the code

I do not remember or know the email address used to setup my account, what do I do?

  • If you do not know or have access to the email address used for your GTC communications, you must call and speak with a Call Center Representative at 877-423-6711 to verify your identity and re-establish access to the account
