Biography - Scott Graham
Scott Graham has been with the Department of Revenue since 2015. He previously oversaw Information Technology, Local Government Services, Alcohol and Tobacco, Motor Vehicles, and the Office of the Commissioner. In his new role, Scott will oversee all internal operations of the Department and will maintain oversight of the Motor Vehicle division.
Scott came to the Department of Revenue with a wealth of public sector experience, having served as Chief of Staff for three Fulton County Commissioners. At Fulton County, he acted as the senior policy and political advisor to the Commissioner’s office, prepared and monitored the annual budget, served as liaison to the Fulton County Board of Commissioners, Fulton County Manager, Fulton County Attorney, and served as the media spokesperson for the Commissioner’s office. Prior to joining Revenue, Scott worked in the private sector for the firm The Benefit Planning Group serving as Senior Account Executive as well as the company’s Government Relations Representative. The firm specialized in plan development for large group employers in the area of healthcare benefits. Scott holds a bachelor’s degree from Georgia State University with a major in Political Science and a minor in History.
