Access to State Mainframe Restored After Brief Outage

We encountered a problem with the mainframe this morning that caused the system to freeze, and subsequently, prohibited access. We believe a system process issue was responsible for the problem. Once that process was removed and then reloaded, access was restored and normal processing resumed.

We are investigating the source of the process problem, and we apologize for the inconvenience it caused.
